All insurance policies are:

• Subject to underwriting approval by the issuing insurance carrier
• Governed exclusively by the carrier’s policy documents
• Not effective until formally issued by the carrier
   

The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and insurance carriers.

2. No Guarantee of Coverage

Quotes are estimates only and are not binding until accepted and issued by the carrier.

We do not guarantee:

• Approval of any application
• Specific rates or underwriting outcomes
• Payment of claims
   

Coverage determinations and claim decisions are made solely by the issuing insurance carrier.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Promptly notify us of material changes
• Review policy documents carefully
• Maintain timely premium payments
   

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial of coverage or claims.

4. Electronic Communications & SMS Terms

Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Navarro Insurance Agency, Inc., including text messages governed by our SMS Terms of Service & Mobile Messaging Policy and emails governed by our Privacy Policy. SMS messages will be sent only after prior express written consent is obtained, and recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Where required, SMS communications are sent only after prior express written consent is obtained through an affirmative opt-in process.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

No Emergency Communications

SMS messaging is not intended for emergency communication.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Carrier underwriting decisions
• Claim denials
• Policy lapses due to non-payment
• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
   

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the compensation received by the Agency for the specific policy transaction at issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, logos, text, educational materials, templates, and communications, is the property of Navarro Insurance Agency, Inc.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Carriers & Links

We work with independent insurance carriers. Coverage terms are determined by those carriers.

We may provide links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California, unless otherwise required by law.
