Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in denial of coverage or claims. You are responsible for reviewing your policy documents and maintaining timely premium payments to avoid lapses in coverage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gerardo Navarro Insurance Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of coverage, policy disputes, or data inaccuracies.

All content, branding, and materials created by the Agency (including but not limited to websites, social media, educational content, and communication templates) are the intellectual property of Gerardo Navarro Insurance Agency. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
